If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction. General Return Policy:
1. Eligible Returns for Products: You may return an item within its warranty period from the date of purchase if the product is found to be defective. Returns for reasons other than product defects, such as change of mind, will not be accepted. Please ensure that you keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
2. Original Packaging and Condition: All items returned for a warranty claim must be in their original packaging and original condition. They must include all additional parts and/or accessories that were included with the product at the time of purchase.
3. Missing Parts/Accessories: Items returned with missing parts and/or accessories will not be accepted for return. It is your responsibility to ensure all components are included before returning the item.
4. Tampering and Warranty: Any item that shows signs of tampering, modification, or alteration will not be eligible for warranty claims. In such cases, all warranties are null and void.
Game Return Policy:
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Warranty: All games purchased from Lounge Lizard Computers come with a 7-day DOA warranty. If you receive a game that is faulty or malfunctioning, you must report the issue within 7 days of purchase.
2. Faulty Game Returns: In case you discover a fault in a game within the DOA warranty period, you can return it to us. Upon receiving the returned game and confirming the reported fault through testing, we will provide you with a store credit equivalent to the purchase price of the game.
3. Pre-Dispatch Quality Check: Please note that all game discs are thoroughly inspected for scratches and defects that could impact gameplay before they are dispatched to you. This is to ensure you receive games in the best possible condition.
Installation and Warranty:
1. Installation Attempts: Items that have been soldered in or installed will not be eligible for warranty return if an installation attempt has been made. Please exercise caution when attempting self-installations, as improper installation will void the warranty.
· We Do Not Accept Returns for Change of Mind: Please note that we do not accept returns simply due to a change of mind.
· Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable: Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are non-refundable.
· The company reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the specified return conditions.
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
