Terms and Conditions of Use:


1. Compliance with Laws: Lounge Lizard Computers Ltd strictly prohibits any form of piracy. We expect all users to utilize our products and services in compliance with the law. Any unlawful activities undertaken by users are their sole responsibility, and they agree to indemnify Lounge Lizard Computers Ltd against any resulting legal actions.


2. Product Warranties:

·        New products are covered by a 1-year Return to Base (RTB) warranty unless specified otherwise.

·        Second-hand products are covered by a 3-month RTB warranty unless specified otherwise.


To initiate a warranty claim, the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, with all accompanying parts and accessories. Products returned with missing components or signs of tampering will not be eligible for warranty service.


3. Repair Warranty: Repairs are guaranteed for a period of 6 months for the specific issue they were initially performed to address. In the unlikely event of a repair failure within this period, we will attempt a free repair or offer a refund if unsuccessful. The warranty becomes void if our warranty sticker is tampered with.


4. Game Warranty: Due to piracy concerns, all games are sold with a 7-day Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty. If a game is found to be faulty within this period, it can be returned for store credit upon confirmation of the fault.


5. Website Information: While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of information on our website, Lounge Lizard Computers Ltd disclaims responsibility for any inaccuracies. Users who rely on information from the website for DIY purposes do so at their own risk. We reserve the right to change website information and prices without prior notice.


6. Trademark Usage: All trademarks on our website belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.


7. Sale Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a sale if a product is listed incorrectly in terms of its description or price. Payments for such canceled sales will be promptly refunded.


8. Afterpay Cancellation: Afterpay fees are considered non-refundable in the event of order cancellation. When an Afterpay order is canceled, the refund will encompass the cost of the purchased items and any associated shipping charges. These fees are not refunded as they are still incurred by us as part of our arrangement with Afterpay for using their services.


9. International Orders and Warranties: For international orders, all warranties operate on an RTB (Return to Base) basis. Customers are required to cover the shipping costs for returning the item to us for assessment in the event of any warranty claims.

It's important to be aware that tracking services may be limited in certain areas, with potential for the tracking to stop at the airport of arrival.

In cases of lost packages, customers must initiate an inquiry with NZPost. Please be advised that refunds will not be issued until we receive the results from the inquiry conducted by NZPost.
